BLUE MOUNTAIN (UVALDE COUNTY)

BLUE MOUNTAIN (Uvalde County). Blue Mountain is two miles west of Knippa in east central Uvalde County (at 29°18' N, 99°40' W). With an elevation of 1,268 feet above sea level, its summit rises 290 feet above nearby U.S. Highway 90 West, where the road crosses the Dry Frio River.
