SPECK MOUNTAIN

SPECK MOUNTAIN. Speck Mountain, located six miles northeast of Rockwood in southern Coleman County (at 31°34' N, 99°17' W), rises to an elevation of 1,250 feet above sea level. Its slopes are surfaced by deep clay loam that supports tall grasses and thick shrubs.
