CORN GAP
CORN GAP. Corn Gap is a break in a line of hills 1½ miles south of Walnut Springs in northern Bosque County (at 32°02' N, 97°44' W). It is in a part of the Grand Prairie characterized by level to hilly terrain with locally deep dissection and some steep limestone slopes. Area soils range from shallow and stony to deep clay loams that support oak, juniper, mesquite, and grasses.
