SILVER CITY, TEXAS (Fannin County). Silver City, on Farm Road 1550 ten miles southeast of Bonham in southeastern Fannin County, had seventy-five residents and one rated business during the 1930s and 1940s. After 1948, however, Silver City reported neither population nor business statistics.
