Charles M. Neal Jr. signs Valor Across the Lone Star


In Valor Across the Lone Star: The Congressional Medal of Honor in Frontier Texas, author Charles M. Neal Jr. relates the extraordinary exploits of United States soldiers and sailors in battle in frontier Texas. Neal is an air force veteran and classroom teacher of U.S. and Texas history who has spent years documenting these heroic acts and told a dramatic story of frontier Texas. He will be signing copies of Valor Across the Lone Star at the following places, where you may purchase a signed copy of the book: on Saturday, February 21, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Barnes & Noble Booksellers in The Woodlands; and on Saturday, February 28, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Deerbrook Mall, Humble. Unsigned copies may also be purchased directly from the TSHA.
