Jennings appears to have been one of Burke's men, originally enlisted at Mobile, who continued in the company from its organization until the massacre of March 27, 1836. He signed the Convention Memorial at Refugio about Feb. 5, 1836, and his name appears on LOMR for Burke's Company and on original and all subsequent versions of T&TR roll, as a victim of the general massacre at Goliad, March 27, 1836.
