KING, MONTGOMERY P.Private
AgeBurke's Company

M. P. King seems to have been one of those who enlisted in Burke's Company when it was organized at Mobile, and continued with it until the massacre on March 27th. His full name, as written above, is as he personally signed the Convention Memorial.

KINNEY, ALLEN O.Private
AgePettus' Company
Virginia

Allen O. Kinney of Virginia was an original member of Cooke's, or Morris' Company of New Orleans Grays, and served with it continuously from October, 1835 to March 27, 1836, when he shared the fate of his command. He signed the Convention Memorial, and his signature is plainly "Kinney" and not "Kenny" as his name was carried on the rolls.

KIRK, HARVEY H.Private
AgeKing's Company

This soldier's name appears on LOMR as private, King's Company. He signed the Convention Memorial as "H. Kirk." On the AGO corrected T&TR roll it is "H. H. Kirk." Every presumption is that he was either killed in action on March 14th, or massacred with Captain King on March 16th.
