Antelope Creek rises nine miles northwest of Throckmorton in northwest Throckmorton County (at 33°20' N, 99°16' W) and runs northwest for eight miles to its mouth on Millers Creek Reservoir, in southeast Baylor County (at 32°25' N, 99°22' W). It crosses an area of steep slopes and benches surfaced by shallow clay loams that support juniper, live oak, mesquite, and grasses.
