Bayou Siepe (Siepe Bayou or Sip Bayou) rises eleven miles southeast of Center in southeastern Shelby County (at 31°43' N, 94°01' W) and runs east for ten miles to its mouth on Toledo Bend Reservoir (at 31°43' N, 93°52' W). The surrounding terrain is nearly level and is surfaced by clay and loam. The streambed is wholly within the boundaries of Sabine National Forest.
