Bear Branch (Gonzales County)

Bear Branch rises in a tank 1½ miles northwest of Moulton in northern Gonzales County (at 29°37' N, 97°10' W) and runs west for four miles to its mouth on Obar Creek (at 29°37' N, 97°14' W). It traverses moderately rolling terrain surfaced by fine sandy loam or clay that supports mixed hardwoods and pines.
