Bear Hollow, a valley through which runs an intermittent creek, begins eleven miles southeast of Seguin in southeastern Guadalupe County (at 29°26' N, 97°52' W) and extends south for two miles to its mouth on Sandies Creek, one mile west of Farm Road 1117 (at 29°25' N, 97°51' W).
