Bee Creek rises just south of Paw Paw Lake in southern Fort Bend County (at 29°22' N, 95°40' W) and flows southeast for 4½ miles to its mouth on Cow Creek (at 29°19' N, 95°37' W). The vegetation along its banks consists of mixed hardwoods interspersed with various prairie grasses. The area's variable terrain is surfaced by highly impermeable soil and calcareous clay.
