Berry's Creek begins three miles southeast of Patilo in northeastern Erath County (at 32º27' N, 98º07' W) and runs southeast for nine miles to its mouth on Paluxy Creek, near the Hood county line (at 32º21' N, 98º01' W). The surrounding terrain is fairly level and surfaced by stony gravel that supports some grass.
