Big Spring Draw

Big Spring Draw rises in Cosden Lake on the south side of Big Spring in south central Howard County (at 32°13' N, 101°29' W) and runs northeast for 4½ miles to its mouth on Beal's Creek, a mile southeast of the intersection of Farm Road 700 and Interstate Highway 20 (at 32°15' N, 101°25' W). It crosses terrain scored with red gullies. Mesquite and grasses are the predominant vegetation.
