Bo Branch rises in a tank two miles west-northwest of Bylers Point Church in west central Fayette County (at 29°54' N, 97°07' W) and runs southwest for 3½ miles to its mouth on Buckners Creek (at 29°51' N, 97°08' W). It crosses land with a fine, friable sandy loam surface and firm clay subsoil that primarily support grass for cattle. Among other plants in the area are mixed oaks and cedars with an understory of yaupon that provides good wildlife habitat.
