Boiling Mountain

Boiling Mountain is on the Uvalde county line twenty-four miles northeast of Brackettville in far northeastern Kinney County (at 29°31' N, 100°07' W). With an elevation of 1,981 feet above sea level, its summit rises 700 feet above Montell, six miles to the east. The mountain is named for a nearby spring.
