Brewster Creek rises three miles south of Sivells Bend in extreme north central Cooke County (at 33°49' N, 97°15' W) and runs southeast for two miles to its mouth on Bear Head Creek, four miles southeast of Sivells Bend and ½ mile west of the Red River (at 33°47' N, 97°12' W). The surrounding rolling terrain is surfaced by deep to shallow expansive clays and clay loams that support oak, juniper, and grasses.
