Bulger Creek rises in southern Taylor County (at 99°53' N, 32°12' W) and runs south about twelve miles to join Bluff Creek in northern Runnels County (at 99°56' N, 32°03' W). The stream is dammed in southern Taylor County to form Graham Lake, which supplies water for irrigation. The flat to gently sloping terrain along the creekbed is surfaced by moderately deep to shallow silt loams that support mesquite and grasses.
