Bullard Creek rises four miles east of Scottsville in east central Harrison County (at 32°33' N, 94°10' W) and runs southeast for 9½ miles to its mouth on Paw Paw Bayou, in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, a mile east of the Louisiana state line (at 32°31' N, 94°02' W). It crosses nearly level to hilly terrain surfaced by loams and clays that support dense patches of pine and hardwood trees. The land is used predominantly for agriculture.
