Bunker's Monthly, a periodical running through five volumes and one issue of a sixth, was edited by Peter Molyneaux and published in Fort Worth from January 1928 to June 1929 and in Dallas from August 1929 to July 1930. The title varied; from January to October 1928 it was Bunker's Monthly, the Magazine of Texas, and from December 1928 to July 1930 it was Texas Monthly. In July 1930 it was absorbed by Texas Weekly under the same editorship. The magazine was illustrated by pictures, portraits, and maps. It proposed to avoid partisan politics and to publish anything about Texas that would be of interest to the average reader.
