Casa Blanca Creek rises in eastern Victoria County (at 28°53' N, 96°55' W) and runs southeast for eleven miles to its mouth on Placedo Creek (at 28°52' N, 96°47' W). It traverses flat to rolling prairie surfaced by permeable loam that supports mesquite and various prairie grasses.
