CROSSROADS, TX (CASS COUNTY)
CROSSROADS, TEXAS (Cass County). Crossroads is a small rural community located off Farm Road 250 about thirteen miles northwest of Linden in western Cass County. The settlement, probably so named because it sat at the junction of several roads, existed by the early twentieth century. By the 1930s a school, church, and scattered homes were in the area, and Crossroads had its own school district. No population figures were available until 2000, when the hamlet had forty residents.
