MILLERS COVE, TX
MILLERS COVE, TEXAS. Millers Cove is a residential community on Interstate Highway 30 just south of Winfield in Titus County. The community developed in the 1970s and incorporated in the early 1980s. In 1990 it reported a population of fifty-two. In 2000 the population was 120.
