MILL RUN, TX
MILL RUN, TEXAS. Mill Run was off State Highway 19 seven miles south of Athens in south central Henderson County. It was established in the late 1800s. In the mid-1930s the settlement had a church, a school, and a number of houses. After World War II the school closed, and the church was evidently disbanded. In the early 1990s only a cemetery and a few houses remained.
