BEECH CREEK (TYLER COUNTY)
BEECH CREEK (Tyler County). Beech Creek rises seven miles east of Woodville in east central Tyler County (at 30°46' N, 94°16' W) and flows south for thirty-three miles to its mouth on Village Creek, five miles northeast of Kountze in Hardin County (at 30°26' N, 94°16' W). The stream is intermittent in its upper reaches. Near it, hardwood forests and conifers grow from sandy and clay loams.
