CLEAR CREEK (DEWITT COUNTY)
CLEAR CREEK (DeWitt County). Clear Creek rises a mile southeast of the Gonzales county line in southwest DeWitt County (at 29°06' N, 97°35' W) and runs northeast for fourteen miles to its mouth on Sandies Creek, five miles east of Westhoff (at 29°10' N, 97°23' W). Local variable terrain is surfaced by clay and sandy loam that supports grasses, mixed hardwoods, and pines.
