COMANCHE CREEK (Bexar County). Comanche Creek rises near the junction of Interstate Highway 410 and State Highway 16 in southern Bexar County (at 29°19' N, 98°33' W) and runs southeast for four miles to its mouth on Leon Creek, 1½ miles northwest of Cassin (at 29°16' N, 98°31' W). It traverses rolling terrain surfaced by clay loams that support mesquite and grasses.
