COTTONWOOD CREEK (BAYLOR COUNTY)
COTTONWOOD CREEK (Baylor County). Cottonwood Creek rises four miles west of Red Springs in extreme western Baylor County (at 33°37' N, 99°28' W) and runs south through farmland for three miles to its mouth on the Brazos River (at 33°35' N, 99°28' W). It runs through an area of gullies and low hills with shallow soils and sparse vegetation.
