EAST JIM NED CREEK
EAST JIM NED CREEK. East Jim Ned Creek rises ten miles south of Abilene in east central Taylor County (at 32°14' N, 99°44' W) and runs five miles southwest to its mouth on Jim Ned Creek, three miles southeast of Tuscola (at 32°11' N, 99°45' W). It traverses flat to gently sloping terrain surfaced by shallow to moderately deep silt loams that support mesquite and grasses.
