LIVE OAK CREEK (FALLS COUNTY)
LIVE OAK CREEK (Falls County). Live Oak Creek rises in western Falls County (at 31°13' N, 97°07' W) four miles northwest of Lott and runs south for eight miles to its mouth (at 31°08' N, 97°04' W) on Pond Creek, three miles northeast of Westphalia. The local terrain is low-rolling to flat and is surfaced by clay and sandy loams that support scrub brush, cacti, and grasses.
