PARKER CREEK (OLDHAM COUNTY)
PARKER CREEK (Oldham County). Parker Creek rises in the eastern part of Oldham County (at 35°23' N, 102°19' W) and flows north for eight miles to join the Canadian River near Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, formerly the site of Old Tascosa (at 35°31' N, 102°16' W). It was once part of the LS range. The stream travels through severely eroded lands of shallow soil with little or no vegetation.
