REDROCK CREEK. Redrock Creek rises two miles north of Bluffton in northeast Llano County (at 30°51' N, 98°30' W) and runs southeast for 3½ miles to its mouth on Lake Buchanan, one mile southeast of Bluffton (at 30°49' N, 98°29' W). It traverses an area of the Llano Basin characterized by flat to rolling terrain, locally dissected and covered by soils ranging from sandy to clay loams. Vegetation consists primarily of open stands of live oak and mesquite.
