SPRING CREEK (Kendall County). Spring Creek rises three miles northeast of Boerne in southern Kendall County (at 29°49' N, 98°41' W) and runs northeast for nine miles to its mouth on the Guadalupe River, six miles north of Pleasant Valley (at 29°53' N, 98°36' W). Flat terrain with local deep dissections is surfaced by shallow, stony soil that supports oak, juniper, mesquite, and grasses.
