SQUAW CREEK (HARDEMAN COUNTY)
SQUAW CREEK (Hardeman County). Squaw Creek rises in northwest Hardeman County (at 34°27' N, 99°53' W) and runs northeast eight miles to its mouth on the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River at the Oklahoma border (at 34°28' N, 99°48' W). The elevation is 1,500 to 1,600 feet above sea level. The surrounding sandy loam supports sagebrush and grasses.
