TODOS SANTOS CREEK. Todos Santos Creek rises 1½ miles west of the Zavala-Frio county line and ten miles east of Loma Vista, in southeast Zavala County (at 28°47' N, 99°26' W) and runs east for eighteen miles to its mouth on the Leona River, twelve miles southwest of Pearsall in south central Frio County (at 28°46' N, 99°12' W). Along its upper course oak, juniper, mesquite, and various grasses grow; water-tolerant hardwoods, conifers, and grasses are found in its lower reaches. The creek rises in rolling prairie surfaced with caliche and ends in flat terrain with local shallow depressions, surfaced with clays.
