TORO CREEK (Bee County). Toro Creek rises four miles southeast of Pawnee in northern Bee County (at 28°38' N, 97°57' W) and runs southeast for twelve miles to its mouth on Medio Creek two miles north of Normanna (at 28°33' N, 97°48' W). It traverses flat to rolling terrain surfaced by clay and sandy loams that support water-tolerant hardwoods and grasses.
