INDIAN KNOB. Indian Knob rises 1,350 feet above sea level at a point about four miles west of Springtown in northern Parker County (at 32°57' N, 97°74' W). The surrounding terrain is flat to rolling with local escarpments and is surfaced by mostly deep, fine sandy loams that support brush and grasses.
