PARKS MOUNTAIN. Parks Mountain (at 31°26' N, 99°20' W) is on the banks of the Colorado River four miles southwest of Whon in southeastern Coleman County. It rises to a summit 1,520 feet above sea level, roughly 170 feet above the surrounding terrain.
