SPRING HILL

SPRING HILL. Spring Hill is thirty miles northeast of Van Horn in south central Culberson County's Gyp Hills (at 31°21' N, 104°23' W). At an elevation of 4,954 feet above sea level, its summit rises 400 feet above the Texas and Pacific Railway, 1½ miles to the west.
