THREEMILE PEAK. Threemile Peak is two miles northest of Van Horn in southwestern Culberson County (at 31°04' N, 104°52' W). With an elevation of 4,864 feet above sea level, its summit rises 700 feet above Interstate 10, two miles to the south. The peak is named for its distance from Van Horn. It is now topped by a radio tower.
