The Texas State Historical Association will hold its 127th Annual Meeting in El Paso, TX on March 2-4, 2023 in the Paso Del Norte Hotel and the Judson F. Williams Convention Center. The 2003 and 2011 meetings were held in El Paso, and we are eager to connect once again with fellow historians of West Texas and the Borderplex region.

Held each year since the Association's founding in 1897, TSHA’s Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of its kind for Texas history enthusiasts and professional and independent scholars. This event offers a range of opportunities for individuals and organizations working in historical, cultural, preservationist, and tourist services.

More than 700 people regularly attend the meeting and another 170,000 TSHA members and constituents are reached through email and social and traditional media about the event. In addition to speakers and panels, the conference includes eight banquets and receptions, at least one tour, and additional special events that enable attendees to engage with El Paso's unique history and culture. We have space for dozens of exhibitors, and we offer several levels of sponsorship and underwriting options for the event. All proceeds benefit TSHA, which is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization.
