Civil War and Reconstruction
Students will locate places (Galveston, Sabine Pass, Brazos Santiago, Brownsville, and Palmito Ranch) on a Texas outline map (Appendix) and then create a historical marker for each, using the “Civil War and Reconstruction” sections. Using the “Reconstruction” section, students will complete the Reconstruction crossword.
