Texas in Conflict, 1900 – 1920

Students will use a blank grid (Appendix) and this information to complete a grid coordinates puzzle. The horizontal axis should be numbered from 1 to 22; the vertical axis should be lettered from A to R. They should begin writing their answers (from the “1900–1920” section) in the grid according to the coordinates at the beginning of each statement.
