The Lyman Wight Colony in Texas, Came to Bandera in 1854


This booklet gives an overview of the life of Lyman Wight, his family, and, in particular, the religious colony that he helped to establish and lead in Bandera, Texas. The text includes letters written to and from Lyman Wight, diary entries of his son-in-law (Spencer Smith), and minutes from meetings held by council leaders.
